Odds and Ends

Thursday night usually means beer and burritos so I like to be comfortable but also nice! I love my new sweater, which is DKNY consignment at Beacons Closet. It has a ton of holes in it but I like that about it. Pink pants from where else but Old Navy.

The other three images are of an outfit I really loved before Christmas! The dress I am wearing as a top is Zuri Kenya one of my favorite clothing companies. With stores in New York and San Francisco, I bought this #justonedress from the Museum of African Diaspora when they had a pop up of Zuri Kenya. I always get a ton of compliments and it is worth the cost!

I have a few days of posts to update! Yesterday was a very busy day, I had breakfast with my friend and we watched Little Women, which provided me much needed future fashion inspiration! So much plaid and tweed! Timothee Chalamet was a fashion standout with tailored plaid pant suits, long coats, grey blazers, and vests, so many vests! Then Mike and I went to see the Monkees at Sketchfest so I had to wear comfy shoes and clothes that worked fall day! Friday Casual 1-3-2020

It has been nice to start a week of work on a Thursday, but it’s also a bit destabilizing because it is hard to know what day it is! Being Friday I wanted to be comfortable but I am also having a drink with a friend after work so not too casual. Old Navy pants work well for me so I am wearing their version of the classic bell Everlane pant and a mock neck top. Sadly today I am wearing all items I bought new, which rarely happens!
